Happy Indepencence 63rd of Indonesia Republic

Today in my country, Indonesia (August 17th) is celebrating Independence Day. Although I live so far from my country, it doesn't mean I can not celebrate this historical moment with my family.

The photographs I post here were taken last year when I could not post them to HOKI (34th). Today I have paid it as my thankful to my husband who had given the red and white roses, and a cake to me as the presents to celebrate it.

With an additional Ketan Hitam pudding with the whipping cream and cherry topping, it looked perfect. I made it myself from my simple recipe book I brought from my country 6 years ago.

Thinking if I have more extra time to do my homeworks, it would be great. But I always enjoy every tight time I have everyday as long as I and my family are healthy. This is what I always ask to HIM.

Aku 5:51 AM: Di kota ku Doa Bersama untuk Kebangkitan Bangsa "The Call Indonesia - It's a fast not a festival" di adakan bertepatan dengan Dirgahayu RI ke-63. Jemaat khususnya generasi muda (dibawah usia 30thn) di himbau untuk memperjuangkan Kebangkitan Bangsa dengan mengandalkan kekuatan doa. Sebagaimana sejarah membuktikan pergerakan pemuda selalu membawa perubahan di negara ini. Mulai dari Sumpah Pemuda 1928 yg dipicu oleh politik pecah belah belanda sampai Perjuangan Reformasi 1998. Akhir-akhir ini moralitas pemuda sebagai generasi penerus bangsa makin dipertanyakan kredibilitasnya. Narkoba, Sex Bebas, Pornografi, Kriminalitas, Demonstrasi anarkhi, perpecahan, menjerat kaum muda. Apa jadinya bangsa ini jika generasi penerusnya tidak takut akan Tuhan ?. Melalui event ini diharapkan generasi muda tetap bersatu & berjuang dengan doa dan mengandalkan kekuatan Tuhan agar Bangsa ini dipulihkan dan di berkati. Amin. Merdeka !!!!!.
