HAPPY EASTER!

Dear Family and Friends,

This Sunday my husband, my youngest daughter, and I will attend Easter service at Episcopal Church of the Trinity. This will be a special day after several years my husband was absent going to church due of his work on every Sunday. Then I will cook special dinner for us. Our other two children will join us in that time and we are going to celebrate my husband's birthday too.

Last year my daughter and I attended Easter service at Gateway church in Parkesburg, PA. I have some pictures from Easter last year that I haven't shared them here, and I would like to share couple of them below.

A quick shot before we entered the church for Easter service.

We celebrated my husband's b-day too.

Picnic at Home (III)

Done doing my several tasks this morning and submitted an assignment, I continue to write the last post of Picnic at Home (III). I attached several pictures and videos here.

Have a nice summer, everyone!

My youngest daughter hold her new craft she made. I helped her little bit to connect all parts and showed her how to brush the color using small paint brush.

A new bird house hanging at the front porch

My youngest daughter was guarding her new bird house

Five baby birds were resting on their nest on the roof of our front porch.  Are they cute? That was why I gave that craft gift to her.
Several videos to show the birds at our front porch.

Picnic At Home (II)

I thank God for two things: First, on June 30th was the second year of my son's new life after getting double lung transplant.  Second, on Monday, July 1st, I had done ultrasound test and I didn't need to worry about its result.  Next six months I will come back to take US test again. To celebrate its result, my youngest daughter and I took small shopping at Christmas Tree and Craft store in Downingtown/Exton.  We stopped at those stores when we were on the way home from Brandywine Imaging Center, Downingtown.  To celebrate the first one, we did it earlier when we celebrated Fathers Day and Sissy's birthday.  Below I'll post more pictures--continuing the recent post from last month: Picnic At Home (I).

What did Sissy get? A B-day card with a restaurant voucher card attached.

What did she get next?  A book.

And what did she get again?

Car air freshener and auto-shade for her new car.

What did Bubby get? Andy shocks for exercises.

The youngest one got a present too as she had studied hard and got accomplishment award from her school.
What did she get? A craft. What's kind of craft? Please, stay tuned for the upcoming post.

These were Fathers Day presents.

My husband opened the first present.

What did he get?  A fishing stick with other fishing tools.

And he opened the next present.  He got a pair of sandal.

Fit, fit, fit!  Yay! He should bring it when we visit Indonesia.

He also got Fathers Day card from my youngest daughter.
Please, stay tuned for the last post of Picnic in Home.
Thank you for your patience.

Having Fun at Hibernia County Park on Memorial Day (Part II)

We stopped at a huge tree (more than 2 centuries old) and I got a shot.
We stopped for a while and looked around.
We kept walking in the woods to find the lake.
We passed an old-revolution house.  It reminded me when visiting  a village in my country.
Finally we didn't find lake but pound, hehehe...
No giving up. We continued walking and walking and . . . yay!!!  A LAKE!
Taking a rest in a minute before exploring the lake.
Enjoying breezy air at the lake area.
Trying to fly on the lake.  Don't worry, it would not happen. It was just an action, hahaha....
Satisfied seeing beautiful lake in couple minutes, we went back home.
We were planning to come back soon for a small celebration with the children. Barbecue time. Yay!!!

Having Fun at Hibernia County Park on Memorial Day (Part I)

Hibernia County Park, here we come!
(Back of Hibernia Mansion)

Just finished preparing lunch on the picnic table
while husband and little daughter were playing together  on the open field.

A grill place at every picnic bench. I got an idea to celebrate Sissy's B-day here next month.
My husband agreed. Yay!

They were playing when I was preparing lunch on the picnic table.

Two persons I was having fun with.

Me and my youngest daughter.

They were playing again before we took long walk to the woodland.

My youngest daughter came to me and gave me a  yellow flower she picked it up from the grass.
Its name Butter Flower.  Do you know why she gave it to me?  Visit this link to read its story.
We were ready to take long walk to the wood to see the lake.
Be continued.  Please, stay tuned!
