One in every three American women develops heart disease. Take the truth to heart by talling to your healthcare practitioner to assess your risk and get the health tests you need. Further safeguard your heart with at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity activity five days a week and a diet low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol and sodium.
