Oh Lord,
if I may ask YOU
would YOU take
all the sickness
my husband has

Oh Lord,
heal him soon
from all the sickness he has
give him the strength
in facing all these temptations

Oh Lord,
give the strength to him
to me and all the family
in facing this reality
so we won’t be so far from YOU
but even closer to YOU
because YOU are the sources of the hope and the strength

Oh Lord,
if I may ask YOU
to grant my prayer
teach us to learn
and understand what YOU want
in all what have been happened
maybe this is the time
YOU wants to call
in YOUR lovely services and becomes closer to YOU

INTRODUCING IRON CHEF FROM INDONESIA

Last Tuesday afternoon, suddenly I got a news from my husband that his group would do the presentation about Indonesia as an object they had chosen for their study in Anthropology. It was 1 week earlier from the schedule before. My husband would give the presentation about Indonesia food and I should help him to cook some Indonesia food for his presentation. Finally we decided to make TUMPENG, because it would look interesting with its decorations in 1 place with some different kinds of food. It was my second TUMPENG I ever made here after my first Tumpeng I made 3 years ago for celebrating my husband's birthday.

I was so excited because I liked doing the experiments for the new things. I meant like new kinds of food I would make around Nasi Tumpeng and its decorations. I was so convidence would finish it couple minutes before my husband & his friend left. Thanks GOD, everything was good even my little girl didn't bother me like used to be but I was little worried what they would think and comment about my TUMPENG.

I was so glad when they came back from the presentation with very big smile. They said that my TUMPENG was gone just in 5 minutes. There was just peppers left there. I heard some persons ate with wrapping 'yellow rice' with the lettuce. They were so excited and enjoyed eating my TUMPENG. "Delecious!!!", that word came out from them even before eating, they didn't want to eat it because they would mess it up.

Thanks GOD!!! Their compliments helped my body that was so very tired at that time became full with energy again, ha,ha...!!!!
It reminds me with IRON CHEF in TV. Now I can mention that in Coatesville, there are 1 IRON CHEF from Indonesia & just cooking especially for Indonesia food hua,ha,ha....!!!!

Tuhan,
saat memulai hari ini
ingatkan kami ya Tuhan
untuk selalu menatap ke depan
dan tidak berpaling ke belakang
jangan biarkan kami berkeluh kesah dan menyesali
apa yang terjadi di waktu lampau
agar kami tidak terpaku di tempat
sadarkan kami
bahwa masih banyak orang membutuhkan uluran tangan kasih
pakai kami 'tuk menjadi saluran tangan kasihMu
perlengkapi dan mampukan kami
untuk memberikan yang terbaik kepada sesama
sehingga mereka boleh melihat kasih-Mu
melalui diri kami ini

Kami bersyukur atas kasih setia-Mu yang tak berkesudahan

A Joke of The Day

A day before my daughter's birthday I tried to make a funny cake. In the morning I started to make 2 layers of cake & in the evening I started to make frosting & finished decorating it in the night. In the next morning I had a funny conversation with my husband :
Fd : "Honey, why you didn't say anything about the cake"
Gr : "What's cake?"
Fd : "The cake that I made"
Gr : "Where?"
Fd : "At the kitchen"
Gr : "I didn't see a cake there. I saw a RABBIT!!"
Fd : ?????..."Ha,ha....You are right"

HAPPY VALENTINE DAY

Night before Valentine Day I still celebrated my B-day. My children came & we had dinner together. I just cook red soup & rice. I also prepared some other food. A new vase of colourful mix flowers came in the afternoon with a message 'Aku Sayang Kamu' from my husband. A cute bunch of flowers came in the evening from Ruth & an exotic chime with a lovely card from my children.

PALM Z22 HANDHELD

I have been recharging my new Palm as one of my B-day presents from my husband. Actually I had thought about this stuff since several days ago to put it as an object in my 'cerpen'. Now I get it!! I never talked about this stuff before with my husband. It was strange, wasn't it?? Plus, I ever had a mind to buy it someday when I still worked at AIG LIPPO as a Senior FC but then I didn't decide to buy it because I thought it wasn't worth while I felt I would leave that job soon. Finally I was right, ....even I left my country couple next months after that!!!! (But I still ACI, loh!!!). Now I know what I need to do with. I will transfer all the addresses, phone numbers, etc from my 3 note books to my new Palm. Thanks my Husband!!! Thanks also for 2 nice books about my beloved country and a vase of flower with a very nice note :

Terima kasih Tuhan, Engkau sudah menambah 1 thn lagi usiaku. Kiranya Tuhan sbg sumber segala sesuatu dlm hidupku akan selalu memberi kesehatan, kebijaksanaan dan hikmat dlm menjalani hidup ini. Biarlah Tuhan akan selalu memakai hidupku menjadi berkat bagi sesama terutama utk keluargaku tercinta. AMIN.

I have thought something since several days ago to make something different in my B-day. After I thought several times, I got an idea. I would write something (not special) after so many years ago I have been absent not writting again. Yes, I would write a short fiction story in English (Cerpen in Indonesia). Then yesterday I started writing and I finished it not more than 1.5 hours. Surprised me!!! How could I did it??? I still remember the last 'Cerpen' I wrote when I was in Junior High School and the last poem I wrote when I was in Senior High School. I almost didn't believe it although I knew it wasn't perfect but it was good for the first start. The idea of the naration I took from an Airlangga University student who wrote her cerpen couple days ago. It was simple but interested. I just took its topic and I just typed whatever in my brain said. The profils, names, stories were just created at that time. Completely different. Now I am still editing it. I hope I can finish it soon and post it in this blog. So, keep visiting my blog guys!!! See you!!!!!

First Time First Posting

It is 3.15 a.m when I started to write this for my first posting to my new Blog. I just could not sleep although my eyes were so heavy and tired and not comfortable. Then I decided to do something, so it could make me tired, then I could sleep very well. Finally I knew what I should to do. Creating a new blog that I would make it a.s.a.p.

Couple minutes later,.....There it is but it still needs more editing. I hope this blog can stimulate me to start my writing again.
