Loyalty and honestly are the simple keys to get promotion. But don't forget to maintain our good personality and good attitude at work. Also we can give the problem solving or any good idea when we have a chance to tell them. Our Supervisor or our Manager will give the great appreciation about this. One more thing, we should not forget to add more our knowledge via trainings or higher educations we may do related with the kind of job we have at that time.

But remember we should never hope something good happened for our career at work because when we wish it and it is never happened to us, we may get depression. Just enjoy our job with full responsibility. Then one day we may see that they will give us a promotion.

why? because there are a lot of people who such like a licker who may stabbed back on us....
