WELCOME 2019: The Resolution Formula

New year and new resolution! That's we used to hear many people talk about resolution in New Year. So, what's your resolution? My husband and I have small resolutions. He will do better diet and I will have more rest. I used to sleep 4-5 hours/day. This year I want to reach 5-7 hours/day (my doctor recommended me to sleep 8 hours/day. With many activities, I have to be disciplined to make it happen. To make it happen, I must have a good habit. Good habits can happen if we are healthy, physically and spiritually. All can happen because of God's grace. According to e-Renungan Harian, people who succeed in carrying out their resolutions have prominent characteristics. They regard resolution as a serious matter, as a vow before God. A sacred commitment. As well as a longing to please God. Therefore, they rely on God's help and grace, and discipline themselves to fulfill it. (Please, read Ecclesiastes 5:1-7 to understand/appreciate it) Don't you agree with those statements? I do agree. We can make a simple formula from those statements: Resolution = God's grace + Discipline
