CIBFest 2009

CIBFest 2008 Banner A

Last week I saw at my visitors statisctic, there was a visitor came from CIBFest. I wondered if they were holding a second contest for this year. I visited their website and I was right. My Blog was there, it was still the old version when the first time I registered there as one of the contestants last year. I was not sure if they still put mine there or someone had put mine there. I saw randomly, my other blog appeared too. I thought they just put the contestant Blogs from last year contest in their Blog list.

Let me know if you leave a comment there by leaving a comment at any post here. For all contestants, Good Luck!! I am not in the part of it in this year and also next years but I will support them through announcing of their contest from my blog.

Other news, since couple days ago I could not open my Blog perfectly. The bottom parts under my post coloum could not appear. Before it happened, it said, "Aborted" so I decided to add it at 'My Favorite' and finally I could open my Blog but it wasn't completely opened. If there are somebody can give me suggestion, it will be great because it is also same in many blogs I visited, it said, "Aborted".

Because I can not read the bottom parts, please, don't leave me a message at Shoutbox but at the comment section in the post.

I am sorry for this unconvenience. I hope it will be fixed soon.

Thank you for the attention of this blog and I hope I will get any good suggestions from anybody.

My Recent News

It has been several weeks I was busy enough not to do blog walking, dropping, etc. I think I would be still busy until my progress is done completely. To all my EC friends and facebook, I am sorry that I would be slow to respond for the next couple months but don't worry, I still have time to read each of your message or dropping back EC from every dropper.

In this time, I would like to thank you to:

1. Mariuca, as one of loyal EC droppers and most of Blogger who kept putting an ad here. She had given me a TAG of 'My Handwriting' and I haven't been able to do it. I am sorry for this but I hope one day I would love to write something to her with my own handwriting. She also gave me a very nice award Red Hot 'OVER THE TOP'. Thank you for this lovely award, Mariuca.

To receive this award your blog must be exceptional in design and content; presenting us with new knowledge, a sense of style, or at times just giving us a smile!

Each recipient of the award will acknowledge the person who honored them with the award and then go to http://overthetopaprons.blogspot.com to copy/paste the award : Your Blog is Over The Top. (located on the right sidebar, scroll down)

It is an honour for me to pass on this lovely award to some of my favourite bloggers I've encountered and befriended over my blogging years and they are in no particular order: Arisan Wanita Tegar, Blue Jasmine, Christina Hann, Dhemz, Freaky Frugalite, Gratcia Siahaya,
Henny Listyowati, Icha, Nancy Dinar, Vina Revi and Vivie

2. Bluedreamer, who gave me another special award: INTERESTING BLOG, though I ever got this before last year and it would be the second time I got from my new EC friend, as I knew him through EC. Thank you Bluedreamer. I really appreciate your appreciation.

I would love to pass this award to my male blogger friends: Anang Yb, Damien Abe, Edy J. Harto, Hercules Mulligan, Jed, Sahala Napitupulu, Sunaryo and Wuryanano

Happy Mothers Day

To All my family and friends who are celebrating Mothers Day:

Before I was a Mom,
I never tripped over toys
or forgot words to a lullaby.
I didn't worry whether or not
my plants were poisonous.
I never thought about immunizations.

Before I was a Mom,
I had never been puked on.
Pooped on.
Chewed on.
Peed on.
I had complete control of my mind
and my thoughts.
I slept all night.

Before I was a Mom,
I never held down a screaming child
so doctors could do tests.
Or give shots.
I never looked into teary eyes and cried.
I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin.
I never sat up late hours at night
watching a baby sleep.

Before I was a Mom,
I never held a sleeping baby just because
I didn't want to put her down.
I never felt my heart break into a million pieces
when I couldn't stop the hurt.
I never knew that something so small
could affect my life so much.
I never knew that I could love someone so much.
I never knew I would love being a Mom.

Before I was a Mom,
I didn't know the feeling of
having my heart outside my body..
I didn't know how special it could feel
to feed a hungry baby.
I didn't know that bond
between a mother and her child.
I didn't know that something so small
could make me feel so important and happy.

Before I was a Mom,
I had never gotten up in the middle of the night
every 10 minutes to make sure all was okay.
I had never known the warmth,
the joy,
the love,
the heartache,
the wonderment
or the satisfaction of being a Mom...
I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much,
before I was a Mom.
